How To Lose Weight, By Amanda. Part 1.

1. Get Pregnant
2. Eat lots of Pickles
3. Eat Icecream Sandwiches
4. Stop by Dunkin Doughnuts at least once a week and order a #1
5. Get really lazy by sleeping 18 hours a day and spend your waking hours at the computer
6. Decrease the impact and intensity of your workouts by at least 50%
7. Re-try on your maternity cloths and discover your thighs are much smaller than they were 3 months ago

I am actually 10 lbs lighter than I was before the Pregnancy and 8 months pregnant I was almost 15 lbs lighter.
I didn't do anything special except drink mainly water and take vitamins everyday (and I ate pretty much just chocolate). A great vitamin to take is DHA (found in fish oil) because it helps you stay sane (the baby steals all of your dha and still usually never gets enough) and it prevents ADD ADHD. It just helps the brain develop. Also folic acid is super important the first trimester, but I am sure you knew all this.
